Pay & Conditions

The Pay and Conditions of our members are set out by the rights and entitlements as defined in their Enterprise Bargaining Agreement ('EBA'), the National Employment Standards under the Fair Work Act, and a number of workplace policies. TPAV works towards improving the working conditions of its members and advocating for members in a number of ways including but not limited to:

  • Understanding rights and entitlements as outlined in the EBA and relevant Workplace Policies to ensure members are able to access the correct Pay and Conditions ie; Meal claims, allowances, adequate breaks, FWA;
  • Advocating for members to Victoria Police HR;
  • Representing members at regional forums at Command level to raise member issues around matters including resourcing, workplace changes, staffing changes, rostering practices etc.;
  • And more.
