TPAV Members' Group is a closed forum on Facebook where members can raise issues, generate discussion and ask questions about industrial, legal, welfare and other workplace issues.
We will also share information such as member deals and benefits and host events such as Q&A forums.
For those not familiar with Facebook's closed groups, rest assured: your privacy is closely guarded and only members we allow access to the group will see your posts and comments.
In order to ensure this remains a secure platform for members only, we need to verify your identity.
Joining TPAV Members' Group
To be accepted into the group, Facebook will prompt you with questions to provide your full name, employee number and date of birth.
You must answer ALL questions to be approved to join the group.
If you don't answer all three questions, your request will lapse in two weeks and you will need to re-request to join, ensuring you answer all three questions.

Expectations of members in the group:
We ask that you show discipline when commenting/posting just like you would be talking to a colleague at work.
As always, your conduct both on and off duty is always open to scrutiny.
Personal attacks or disrespectful/divisive comments or posts about/to individual members or group of members will not be tolerated.
If you do so, your comments will be deleted, and you may be banned from the group.
This is a place to connect as a collective, and learn in a positive, professional environment.
