The Member Support Centre (MSC), staffed during business hours, is the first point of contact for Members with enquiries. The MSC Officers are well trained and have up-to-date knowledge of all relevant policies, procedures, legislation, SOPs and EBA information to assist Members with their enquiries. In the event of a more complex matter, your enquiry will be escalated to an Industrial Officer, Wellbeing Officer, Legal and Discipline Officer or Field Officer.
